三、Working principle

1.This machine utilizes the relative motion of fixed stator and rotating rotors with different geometric shapes under high-speed rotation. When the processed material passes through the adjustable gap between the fixed stator and rotating rotors under the action of its own weight, air pressure, and centrifugal force, it is effectively crushed, dispersed, emulsified, and mixed by strong composite forces such as shear force, friction force, impact force, and high-frequency vibration, thus obtaining the ideal product.

2.The crushing chamber is equipped with three grinding zones, with the first stage being the coarse grinding zone, the second stage being the fine grinding zone, and the third stage being the ultrafine grinding zone.
